Bangor – Dont'e A. Izzo, 15, died unexpectedly Mar. 6, 2017 at his home in Bangor. He was born June 27, 2001 in Providence, RI, the son of Donald P. and Kelly (Gallagher) Izzo. Dont'e was a sophomore at Bangor High School where he was a member of the JrROTC Program and played football both his freshman and sophomore year. He also ran cross country during his time in Florida and was good student having made the honor roll every year since 2012. He enjoyed gaming, playing the drums, paintballing and especially enjoyed the time he spent with his paintball buddies. He loved the military and had hopes of serving his country. Dont'e was very kind and sensitive person who will be deeply missed by many. Surviving in addition to his parents of Bangor are one brother, Robert D. Geremia of Cranston, RI; aunts and uncles, Tracey Pecchia, Cathleen Jackson, Patrick and Daniel Gallagher, Florence and Christine Izzo; cousins, Teshia, Jonathan, Corey, Jamie, Ryan and Sara; many friends. Family and friends may visit 2 -5 PM Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor.
