North Yarmouth - Adam Davis Barnes passed away unexpectedly on June 29th in Portland, Maine at the age of 34.

Adam grew up in Orrington, Maine and was an avid athlete. Adam will always be remembered by his genuine smile and love of fishing, cooking, traveling and all New England teams. Adam loved to get to know people, and always fit in. Adam had a long struggle with addiction. It was a fight that he lost in the end.

Adam was predeceased by his mother Laurel Davis Barnes, and leaves behind his loving wife Hannah Garcia Barnes, his son Zackary Adam Barnes, his father, Danny Barnes, his sister Hannah Barnes, and partner Sam Kottmann, his Grandmother Maxine Davis, his Aunt Heather Karam who was like a second mother to him, her husband Glenn Karam, and dear cousin Deanna Karam. Adam also leaves behind many other relatives, cousins and friends.

Family and friends may visit 3 to 4 PM Friday, July 7, 2017 at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St.,  Bangor where a graveside service will be held immediately afterward at appx 4:30pm at Woodlawn Cemetery, N.
