Posts to the tribute of Jack N. Dinsmore

To the family of Jack Dinsmore, My Sympathies. Jack and I were fellow "DOT'ers" for many years AND fellow "golfers". Jack's work included MANY HOURS driving statewide with the Skid Truck. It was used to determine the texture of the road surface for its ability to avoid slippery pavement and to determine when replacement of the wearing surface was needed. Yes, he drove truck "better" than he played golf but was always willing to join the group and join in the fun. He was a character by any measure. Always found time to laugh under any circumstances. I have missed him the past two/three years on the course. Bob Ruhlin
