Dedham—Phyllis was born August 26, 1926, in Brewer, to parents James and Grace Campbell. She passed away June 9, 2021.
Phyllis graduated from Brewer High School, Class of 1946. During her later years, she would meet up with her classmates monthly for lunch and loved to see them.
