Ernie C. Mudgett Obituary

Ernie C. Mudgett, 53, passed unexpectedly January 29, 2025 in Bangor. Ernie was born in Portland, but he was a lifelong resident of the Bangor area. He loved sports, especially the Red Sox. Ernie was very special and loved by family and friends. He is now at peace with his Lord and Savior.


Surviving are his father, William Mudgett and his wife, Janice Zoerheide of North Yarmouth and his mother, Judith A. Sproul of Lisbon; four sisters, Heather Gilbert of Waterville, Susan Husson and her husband, Derek of Lisbon, Cassandra Guillaume and her husband, Donald of Glenburn and Cheryl Burger and her husband, Daniel of North Yarmouth; several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.


Family and friends may visit 2  - 4 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2025 for a time to celebrate and honor Ernie’s life at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor. Burial will be at a later date in Glenburn. Messages and memories of Ernie may be shared with his family on the tribute wall of kileyandfoley.com.
