Bangor – Maria C. Muller, 97, wife of Eugene E. Muller, died Dec. 15, 2016 at her home in Bangor with her husband and her dear friend at her side. She was born May 31, 1919 in Eritrea, the daughter of Fotilo Capomali and Fotini (Sigin).

Maria worked as an upholsterer for several years prior to moving to the United States and she and her husband had been long time residents of the Bangor area. She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Bangor.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Eugene Muller of Bangor are nieces, Roberta Prickett of North Carolina and Machella Impumi of Italy. She was predeceased by her siblings and other nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by her dear friend, Olga Wells and her husband, Joe of Brewer and her church family.

A funeral service will be held 10 AM Monday, Dec. 19, 2016 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 90 Sanford St., Bangor with Rev. Leo Schefe, presbyter, presiding. Burial will be afterward at Mt.
