Obituary of Norma Jean Lawrence
Bangor & Brewer - Norma Jean Lawrence, 65, died peacefully on Oct. 24, 2017, with her cousin Alta by her side. She was born on August 19, 1952, in Bangor, the daughter of Cleon and Myrtle (Emery) Lawrence.
Norma graduated from Brewer High School and lived for many years with her mother at the Bangor House. She loved cats, listening to records, and had an incredible sense of humor.
Norma was predeceased by her parents, and her dear cousin Sue Hart. She is survived by cousins Alta Clapper of Orland and Mary Graves of Orrington, as well as their families.
Norma’s family would like to thank the staff of the Cummings Health Care Facility for their continued love and care for Norma over the years, as well as CHCS Hospice of Lincoln in her final days.
A graveside service will be held 10 AM Friday, November 3, 2017, at Highland Cemetery, Route 2, Carmel, with the Rev. Peter Remick officiating. Messages and memories may be shared with the family at kileyandfoley.com
