Obituary of Marilyn N. Potter
Marilyn N. Potter, 89, wife of the late Ronald H. Potter, died April 27, 2018 at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness. She was born July 23, 1928 in Brooks, the daughter of Winslow and Frances Ryder. She loved teaching working for many years in Winterport.
Surviving are one daughter, Rhonda Shand and her husband, Donald of Islesboro; three grandchildren, Terry Wolfe and his wife, Erika of Eddington, Eric Shand and his wife, Amanda of Kennebunk and Steven Shand and his wife, Trisha of Ashville, NC; two great grandchildren, Ava and Evan Shand. Marilyn was predeceased by a daughter, Shelly Wolfe and by a sister, Janet.
Private burial will be at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Winterport Ambulance Service.
