Obituary of Bernard W. Case

Bernard Wayne Case, 60, passed away at his home in Brewer with his brother, Garry and sister-in-law, Linda at his side. He was born Sept. 11, 1957 in Lubec, the son of Bernard G. Case and Maxine (Moores) Case. Bernard graduated in 1976 from Lubec High School. Over the years, he worked at several jobs. He was a buyer/planner at the New York Stock Exchange and he was an excellent car salesman. He was a very generous, caring, big-hearted person.

Surviving are his two daughters, Vanessa Somers of Bangor and her son, Tyreek  and Yasmine “Jazzy” Tracy of Virginia; his brother, Garry Moores and his wife, Linda of Lubec and their children, Mary Scoville, Peggy Farrington, Joe Moores and Jaimie Moores; his best friend, Larry Antone of Orrington who was like another brother to Bernie; nephew, Randy Henderson of Bangor; niece, Tonya Henderson and Isabella; sister-in-law, Crystal Henderson of Bangor; brothers-in-law, Robert, Gary, Richard and Michael Woodbury of Bangor. He leaves many, many cousins of Lubec, too many to mention.

At Bernie’s request, there will be a graveside service 1 PM Thursday, July 12, 2018 Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor. Those attending are asked to meet at the cemetery office, State St. entrance at 12:45 PM. Messages and memories of Bernie may be shared with his family at kileyandfoley.com.
