Maria and Lindsay .......... I was the drummer in a few of the bands with your dad. I have many memories of your dad and mom and you guys too. Had many rehearsals in your Bangor home and as I recall were referred to, sometimes, as the old farts in the basement. Many laughs were had by all during those times ........... so sorry .......... may better times and memories help you through this time ............... like the songs say, 'if there's a rock and roll heaven, you know they have a hell of a band' and 'heaven done called another blues-stringer back home'
I'll always remember his laugh .... Dennis and Pat Ramos

I knew Bill from playing in bands in the 80s. He had motown in his DNA and it came through his Gibson ES335 hollow body guitar.George Umel has a natural feel for funk and motown and together the two of them were quite a force to be with. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to play drums with them in The Dalton Gang and Deja Vu along with A. J. Higgins and Nancy Dalton. Bill was a great listener, great guitarist and devoted family man. James Brown would have been impressed with Bill in his band. I wish he didn`t have to suffer the last few months with dialysis and declining health. I missed the chance to see and talk to him before he passed. I`m sure he left an impression with anyone he met since he was one of a kind. My sincere thoughts and wishes go to his family hoping they find healing and peace in the near future.
