Obituary of Helen E. Treadwell
Auburn--Helen E. Treadwell, 80, passed away peacefully February 20, 2019, in Auburn. She was born July 21, 1938, in Old Town, the daughter of Albert and Alice (Merrill) Clewley.
When Helen was younger, she was a military wife for 20 years. She spent most of her time doing volunteer work for military families. Helen enjoyed doing light craft work and word puzzles.
Helen was predeceased by her parents and sister Mary. She is survived by son Kenneth Treadwell and wife Melanie of Auburn; sister Evelyn of Zephyrhills, FL; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Helen is very loved by all of her family and shall be greatly missed by all.
A graveside service will be held 2 PM Friday, May 3, 2019, at Oak Hill Cemetery, South Main St., Brewer. Messages and memories may be shared with the family at kileyandfoley.com. Arrangements by Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer.
