Linda A. Halloran, 71, wife of Alfred Halloran, passed away unexpectedly January 19, 2020 in Bangor. She was born Aug. 10, 1948 in Glenburn, the daughter of Herbert A. and June E. (Bubier) Thayer. Linda was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker who loved her family and she enjoyed four-wheeling and camping with family and friends. Surviving in addition to her husband of Hudson are two children, Alfred Halloran and his wife, Karen and Synette Clark and her husband, Frankie all of Hudson; one granddaughter, Alicia Halloran; two sisters, Mabel Walker of Hudson and Nadine Polisky of Florida; one brother, Fred Thayer of Hudson; a sister-in-law, Tickey Thayer and a brother-in-law, George Halloran and his wife, Becky; nieces, nephews and cousins. Linda was predeceased by her parents, her special boy, Herbert, a sister, Synette and by two brothers, Wendell and “Junior”. Family and friends may visit 4 – 6 PM Friday, January 24, 2020 at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor. A graveside service in Hudson will be in the spring.
