Sarah B. “Sadie” Arnold, 86, died March 10, 2020 in Bangor. She was born March 17, 1933 in Kingman, the daughter of Carl R. Gertrude L. (Worster) Smith.Sarah was a 1951 graduate of Hermon High School. She loved her home, working in her yard and garden and enjoyed traveling.
In addition to her parents, Sarah was predeceased by her husband, Harold; her sisters, Erma Webb, Audrey Gordon and twin sisters, Marilyn and Carolyn. Surviving are two children, Patricia Van Swearingen and Bruce Arnold and his wife, Carol; a brother, Donald Smith and his wife, Florence; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren who were the love of her life. She will be missed by her faithful dog, Abbey.
