Sincerest condolences to the Neill family on Bob's passing. Chief Neill was an outstanding Senior Non-commissioned Officer for the 101st Air Refueling Wing who was admired and respected by all. It was my privilege to work with Bob for over 30 years. During that time, he was a consummate professional, a positive influence on all who knew him and a delight to be around. Bob always looked for the best in people. His electronic shops were the best in the business, both fighters and tankers. He lived a decent, caring life and it's because of people like Bob, that the 101st was the very best unit in the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force.

To the Family of Bob Neill:
WE would like to convey our deepest sympathies to your family for the loss of your dad.
I worked with Bob for a long time at the Air Guard in the Radar Shop.
He was one of best bosses I ever had in my life.. Very fair and considerate.
He was a loving father and husband and a good friend.
Now he can be back with Mary Lou in Heaven.
We had many good times over the years.
I will miss him very much.
Rest in Peace Bob.

We wanted to share our condolences with Bob's family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3,4. Our pain and suffering will be a thing of the past, and we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we love so much. We hope you find comfort in those promises.
