Obituary of Clifton W. Scott
Clifton W. “Scotty” Scott, 76, husband of Charlene C. (Kennedy) Scott, passed away peacefully Feb. 14, 2021 at his home in Brewer after a lengthy illness. He was born Dec. 1, 1944 in Princeton, West Virginia, the son of William C. and Doris E. (Jordan) Scott.
Scotty was a US Air Force veteran having served 23 years, primarily as an aircraft mechanic stationed at many bases. He also worked several years for the US Postal Service. Scotty and Charlene were both members of St. Paul the Apostle Parish for many years.
Surviving in addition to his wife of Brewer are two daughters, Anita Richards and her husband, Jeff of Portland and Heather Buck and her husband, Ivan of Brewer; a grandson, Mitchell Buck of Brewer; and one brother, Jerry Scott and his wife, Kathy of Virginia. Clifton was predeceased by his parents and by a sister, Diane. He will be missed by his dog, MacKenzie.
Burial will be at a later date. The family would like to give special thanks to Northern Light Home Care and Hospice for their care and support.
