Obituary of Michael Albert Copp
Brewer and Bucksport--Michael Albert Copp, 47, passed away quietly at his home after a short illness. He was born October 20th, 1973.
Mike was a lifelong sports fan, and won state titles in both wrestling and football while in high school. He coached both sports, and enjoyed helping students to love sports as much as he did.
One of Mike’s great pleasures in life was reminiscing about good memories and fun times with family and friends, usually around a campfire. His good humor will be missed.
He was predeceased by his mother, Phyllis (Burbank) Copp and his father, Edward ‘Casey’ Copp. Mike leaves behind his sister Debra Bouchard and her husband Joseph, along with their children Elizabeth, David, and Kaci; his sister Doreen Campbell and her husband Michael, along with their children Eric and Ryan; and his brother Kevin and his fiancée Amber, along with their daughter Kelci. He also leaves behind many extended family members and lifelong friends.
