Linwood Bryant Ray, 76, died April 19, 2022 at Maine Veterans Home in Bangor where he had lived for several years. He was born Dec. 17, 1945 in Durham, NC, the son of Vester L. and Dorothy H. (Smith) Ray.
Linwood served 8 years with the US Air Force from 1965 to 1974 during the Vietnam era.
A graveside service with military honors rendered by the US Air Force will be held 10 AM Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta. Arrangements by Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, Bangor and Brewer.
