Eleanor Margaret Fitzpatrick Obituary
BANGOR—Eleanor M. Fitzpatrick, 92, passed away August 29, 2022. She was born in East Machias October 4, 1929, the daughter of the late Bion Curtis and Lucy (Kelley) Monaghan.
Ellie graduated from Machias Memorial High School in 1947 and attended Husson College. She worked as a medical office manager, retiring in 1990. Her favorite hobby was working in her flower garden, trying to make it bigger every year.
Ellie is survived by husband Philip Fitzpatrick of Bangor; daughter Carol Calderwood and husband Max of West Buxton; sons Kevin Fitzpatrick of Suwanee, GA, John Dowling of Amherst; and several cousins.
A graveside service will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Ohio St., Bangor. Messages and memories may be shared with the family at kileyandfoley.com
