Tom was an awesome, special person, with a never ending smile and wit, my deep condolences to his family and friends. We go way back to my preteen years and he was like an older brother to me. Although we weren't in much contact over the years, he always brought a smile to my heart when I thought of him, and will continue to do so!

Oh my gosh, I just learned of Tom's passing and I feel like I have been kicked in the gut. Even at the ripe old age of 63, you can see in his picture the same mischievous guy that was so fun to hang out with at John Bapst. To Tom's extended family I offer my heartfelt condolences. My prayers are with you all. May he rest in peace.

I'm sorry to hear of the loss your husband, Tom.
I knew him from John Bapst High School. He was a quiet person but seemed to always have a smile.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this
difficult time. My all the happy memories you have of 'Tom, bring you to a special
healing place.

Kathy and family - I was stunned and saddened to see the notice of Tom's passing when we returned home last night. I worked with Tom for many years, enjoying his sense of humor and noting his dedication to family. I am thinking of you and yours at this difficult time, and hoping the memories of Tom ease your pain just a bit.

Tom and I were recently asked to move to the new "white building". Tom's can do attitude was a breath of fresh air. This was especially encouraging given the disruptions and necessary adaptations that are required when one relocates. By working on one issue at a time we were able to make this transition with little fuss. Tom was able to do all of this, with the help of his very concerned wife and partner, Kathy.
I had known and chatted with Tom about his children and fishing over the years, but it was not until we were both asked to move that I really came to appreciate Tom's steady approach to life. It was a joy to get to know this aspect of Tom and it has made a lasting impression on me.
I would like to express sincere condolences to his family and say that the positive impact he had on myself and the many people he touched will continue to live on in our memory. With sincere appreciation and best wishes
